Refunds:
Life Solutions Counseling, it’s servers, and third-party providers provide services “as they are” and are not covered by any warranties and are not subject to chargebacks or returns. However, if you order sessions through the Website and change your mind about using your purchased session(s), then you may request a refund of your money. A refund request must be received 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Refunds are not guaranteed but if a refund is approved, they will be submitted through the third party payment processor and any fees issued by this third-party payment processor for a refund will be your responsibility and therefore will be subtracted from the total refund amount. The time it will take to process a refund will also be determined by the third party payment processor’s regulations.
An e-mail confirmation of any approved refund will also be communicated to you.
