Clients are required to provide a credit card on file that will be charged after each sesion. 
Other payment methods can be used at the time of the session if preferred.

Cancellation Courtesy

We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the missed session fee. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may need it.
A $100 fee will apply if a session is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. 
Clients who cancel more than three sessions in a row without prior arrangements may lose their spot.

Insurance

We currently accept only AETNA insurance.
However, clients who wish to use insurance can request a detailed bill (Superbill) to submit for potential reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance companies accept this, and reimbursement amounts vary. Clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service and can download or print the invoice from the client portal.

Mental health services qualify as medical expenses and may be paid using Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships are available for low-income clients, including some specifically for survivors of domestic violence and abuse. There is a waiting list for these scholarships. If you’re interested, we will add you to the list and notify you when a slot opens. Scholarships are income-based and require completion of paperwork to determine eligibility.
